Tip: Starting off with a compelling introduction sets the stage for what's to come and grabs the reader's attention. I usually include ‘About the Client’ and ‘About the project’ in this section.
Be clear and concise about the client’s business and goals. This provides context for the challenges you're solving.
A brief project description should give an overview of the scope, goals, and challenges.

Tip: Talk about your process. Including screenshots from figjam or personal notes, things related to UX research and user testing will help you stand out from your competition. Show snapshots of your mindmaps, notebook scribbbles, initial wireframes – it all shows your problem solving skills and experience.
Process

Tip: This is an example of what your process COULD consist of. But it can be shorter, you can also just show 1-2 screenshots from the product discovery phase (figjam notes), a wireframe and a high fidelity comparison of main screen etc. Not every project has user testing phase (mostly due to lack of budget), you can say you have based your design on secondary research. This entire section is a bonus showcasing that you can utilize your knowledge of the process and use various tools to create unique solutions.

Features
Tip: Introduce the feature/features and why it was a priority. Use problem statements and solutions to show what was the issue and how you have fixed it. 2-3 features should be enough for a simple case study :) Just copy & paste this section below to make space for another feature.

For example: The app had to be in dark and light mode – what was your process? Were there any issues?
